Key duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring the efficient day to day operations of the supermarket.
- Assisting customers with their shopping needs and requests.
- Consistent restocking of shelves and merchandise arrangement.
- Checking quality of products and tracking expiry dates.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and order of the store.
- Collecting and processing of customer feedback and complaints.
Required skills and qualifications
Self-Help & Motivational
- Education: O-Level certificate.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience as an attendant.
- Technical skills: A decent level of product knowledge.
- Soft skills: Strong communication and organizational skills
