Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of various tools and equipment, ensuring that all systems function efficiently and safely.
• Perform preventative maintenance checks and recommend timely replacements for worn-out tools and appliances to avoid operational downtimes.
• Calibrate controls and gauges, ensuring all equipment operates within the required parameters and standards.
• Maintain an organized inventory of parts and supplies, including logging purchase orders and ensuring necessary stock levels are met.
• Respond promptly to guest repair requests, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training and supervising staff, fostering a collaborative environment while promoting adherence to safety and security protocols.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree is essential for this role, providing the foundational knowledge required for effective maintenance work.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar engineering or maintenance role is necessary to ensure competency in the position.
• Proven supervisory experience of two years or more, demonstrating your ability to lead a team and manage various maintenance tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure to address maintenance issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills are required to interact with guests and team members, ensuring clarity and professionalism at all times.
