Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for three Store Keepers based at our Lweza Office and at our sites. The Store Keepers will manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving materials, unloading deliveries, and verifying quantities and quality against documentation. They will organize and label stock, ensure proper packing and storage, and maintain accurate inventory records in line with company procedures. The role includes monitoring stock levels, preparing materials for dispatch to project sites, and coordinating with procurement, logistics, and site teams to ensure timely availability of supplies. Store Keepers are expected to follow safety standards and keep the stores area clean, secure, and compliant with company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Packing tasks and ensure materials are safely and correctly prepared for storage and dispatch.
• Strong Inventory Control and Inventory Management skills to track stock levels, record movements, and prevent losses.
• Experience with Unloading procedures, including safe handling of materials and verification of deliveries.
• Prior experience in warehousing, construction materials stores, or related logistics environments.
• Computer skills in Excel, Tally for using inventory systems and preparing stock reports.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow safety and quality procedures consistently.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with site, procurement, and logistics teams.
• Vocational training in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is an added advantage.
