Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide detailed explanations of available car wash services to ensure they choose the right options for their needs.
• Safely guide vehicles into the wash area, maintaining a focus on efficiency and customer safety at all times.
• Perform thorough exterior and interior cleaning of vehicles, including washing, drying, vacuuming, and detailing to meet Lavaggio’s high standards.
• Render mobile car wash services by traveling to customers’ locations, delivering consistent service quality in various environments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all cleaning equipment and supplies are in good condition and readily available.
• Report any equipment issues or customer concerns to supervisors promptly to ensure swift resolution and maintain service excellence.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills are essential, including courteous communication and a keen focus on guest satisfaction.
• Attention to detail is critical to ensure adherence to cleaning procedures and safety protocols during vehicle service.
• The ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting moderate weights is necessary for daily operations.
• Reliability and punctuality are expected, with a readiness to work flexible shifts, including weekends as required by the business.
• A willingness to travel locally within Entebbe for mobile wash bookings, showcasing a commitment to customer service.
• Previous experience in customer-facing roles, auto care, or facility services will be considered a significant advantage.
