About the Role
The Trainer of Automotive Technicians at 3D Services Ltd plays a pivotal role in enhancing the technical skills of the team, ensuring that they are well-equipped to meet the demands of the automotive industry. In the initial months, the trainer will engage in developing training modules, conducting hands-on sessions, and coordinating field activities. Key Responsibilities
The Trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing structured training programs that align with the company’s operational goals.
Conducting hands-on training sessions to ensure that technicians are proficient in automotive repair and maintenance practices will be a core duty.
Providing technical support during field operations, ensuring that all teams have the necessary guidance and resources to perform optimally.
Overseeing quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards in technical services delivered to clients.
Coordinating research and development projects that aim to innovate and improve existing processes and service offerings.

Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of a Diploma in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering is required to ensure foundational technical knowledge.
