Key Responsibilities

• You will manage the end-to-end machine learning systems that power our applications, ensuring seamless integration from data processing to model deployment.
• Your role involves building and refining training and fine-tuning pipelines for large models, enhancing their capability and performance.
• Designing and implementing evaluation systems will be part of your responsibilities, which aim to measure the robustness and real-world performance of our products.
• You will architect high-performance inference systems that optimize latency, GPU utilization, and memory management to enhance user experience.
• Constructing data pipelines for both high-quality real-world and synthetic training data will be essential to support our model training processes.
• Establishing a reliable production infrastructure for the deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of machine learning models will be a key aspect of your work.
• In close collaboration with research and application engineering teams, you will translate model capabilities into actionable product enhancements.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A proven track record of building and deploying machine learning systems in production environments, demonstrating your capability beyond research prototypes.
