Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process mobile money transactions to ensure efficiency.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries.
- Maintain precise records of all transactions and ensure proper reporting.
- Safeguard customer confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
- Quickly resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Follow company policies diligently to maintain operational integrity.
- Assist in daily transaction reconciliation and identify any discrepancies.
- Ensure the security of cash and mobile money equipment at all times.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Female candidates under 24 years of age are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum education level of S4 or S6 is required.
- Must reside in or around Mutundwe, Kitebi, Bunamwaya, or Nyanama.
- Basic knowledge of mobile money operations is essential.
- Strong numerical and communication skills are necessary.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic are a must.
