About the Role

The Research / Account Director position at TGM Research plays a pivotal role in shaping client engagement and driving business growth across the Americas. As a member of the Client Service team, you will not only manage key relationships but also take on the exciting challenge of establishing and expanding business opportunities in your territory. The first few months will involve immersing yourself in the company culture, understanding existing client needs, and strategizing new initiatives to enhance service delivery. Key Responsibilities

  • You will take complete ownership of the Americas region, ensuring the commercial success, profitability, and high client satisfaction that drives long-term growth for the area.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the market research, consulting, or online panel industries, showcasing a blend of account management and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience is essential, particularly in guiding teams through complex projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • You should possess strong negotiation and communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with clients and stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies will be beneficial for overseeing multiple accounts and ensuring timely delivery.
