About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Operations Systems Lead at Anysphere, Inc., headquartered in Uganda. This pivotal position is essential for ensuring that our User Operations run smoothly and efficiently at scale, directly impacting customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations for key support systems, managing ticketing workflows, routing, and escalations.
  • Respond to urgent operational issues promptly, ensuring system performance and workforce distribution are optimized.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests from various internal teams, ensuring effective follow-through.
  • Assist in maintaining the team’s roadmap by distinguishing between quick fixes and long-term improvements.
  • Lead smaller technical initiatives from discovery to execution, including documentation and success evaluation.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, validate changes, and enhance monitoring.
  • Utilize Cursor and AI-driven workflows to streamline operations and reduce manual tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in support operations, technical program management, or similar cross-functional roles.
  • Familiarity with operational systems such as ticketing platforms and workflow configurations.
  • Technical aptitude to investigate system issues and engage effectively with engineering teams.
  • Strong triage and prioritization skills, able to assess urgency and necessary actions quickly.
  • Ability to manage projects end-to-end, ensuring clarity, stakeholder alignment, and effective communication.
  • Confidence to provide constructive pushback on requests while maintaining professional relationships.
  • A proactive mindset, thriving in a dynamic environment that requires quick problem-solving.
