Key Responsibilities

• You will conduct comprehensive company and industry research to provide data-driven support for financial analyses and AI training initiatives.
• Your role will involve performing detailed target screening and conducting comparable company analyses to identify potential investment opportunities.
• You will build, review, and troubleshoot complex Excel-based financial models that are essential for accurate valuation and transaction analysis.
• Preparing and reviewing pitchbooks and client presentation materials will be a regular part of your responsibilities, ensuring that all communications are clear and effective.
• Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze financial materials for numerical errors, valuation issues, and logical inconsistencies.
• You will be responsible for explaining various accounting treatments, valuation adjustments, assumptions, and transaction sensitivities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Providing clear written and verbal explanations of complex financial concepts will be essential in communicating findings to clients and internal teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Associate or Vice President in M&A, investment banking, or related financial services is essential for this role.
• Hands-on experience with live acquisition or sale processes will be crucial in navigating real-world financial scenarios.
• Strong proficiency in Excel financial modeling, valuation techniques, and scenario analysis is required to perform the job effectively.
