Key Responsibilities
You will work closely with the 3Pillar engagement team and clients to create compelling designs that resonate with end users, ensuring their needs are met throughout the design process.
Collaborating with global delivery teams, you will help implement best practices in product management, engineering, and program management to create outstanding products.
Your role will involve sketching user flows and developing clickable digital prototypes to illustrate high-level business processes effectively.
Improving the customer relationship management (CRM) journey will be a key focus, as you analyze and enhance user interactions with our platforms.
You will actively participate in UX rituals and meetings to foster collaboration and innovation within the team, sharing insights and feedback.
Identifying potential risks in the design process and escalating them appropriately will be part of your responsibilities to ensure project success.
Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in a client-facing UX role, demonstrating your ability to understand and meet client needs effectively.
You should have at least 2 years of consulting experience, showcasing your capacity to work in diverse environments and with various clients.
Practical experience with Salesforce is essential, as you will be leveraging this tool to enhance user interactions and workflows.
Strong communication skills are necessary to convey design concepts clearly to both team members and clients, ensuring alignment and understanding.
You should possess a problem-solving mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, enabling you to navigate challenges and see the broader picture in design projects.
