Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough user research and market analysis to identify user needs and preferences, ensuring that products meet real-world demands.
Prepare in-depth market research and product reports that provide valuable insights for stakeholders and guide design decisions.
Develop user personas and customer journey maps to visualize user interactions and enhance the overall product experience.
Create information architecture, wireframes, and both low and high-fidelity prototypes that serve as blueprints for the final product interfaces.
Design responsive web, mobile, and SaaS interfaces using Figma, adhering to best practices in UI/UX design.
Build and maintain a reusable design system and UI component library to streamline development and ensure consistency across products.
Conduct usability testing sessions to gather user feedback and iterate on designs based on insights received.
Prepare developer-ready designs, complete with specifications and assets necessary for implementation.
Collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and business teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with product goals.

Requirements & Qualifications
