Key Responsibilities
You will manage product orders with suppliers, ensuring the full order cycle is followed and documented accurately.
Coordinating inbound logistics operations from suppliers to our warehouse will be a key focus, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.
Preparing and controlling shipping, import, and customs clearance documents will be an essential part of your daily tasks to facilitate smooth transactions.
You will actively follow up on customs clearance processes, liaising with relevant parties to resolve any issues that may arise.
Monitoring stock levels, supporting stock counts, and ensuring accurate system entries will be vital to maintaining inventory integrity.
To prevent stock shortages, you will ensure product availability by monitoring stock levels and maintaining minimum stock requirements.
Your role will involve handling local purchasing activities based on company requirements, ensuring we meet operational demands effectively.
Collaboration will be key, as you coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and operational materials.
You will track order status, delivery schedules, and maintain related documentation to keep all stakeholders informed.
Managing damaged goods and overseeing reverse logistics processes when necessary will also fall under your responsibilities.

Requirements & Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required for this position.
You should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or import operations.
Experience managing supply chain operations across multiple sourcing locations is preferred, providing you with a diverse operational perspective.
Familiarity with managing a high number of SKUs in a dynamic business environment will be beneficial to navigate our fast-paced operations.
A good understanding of order management, reporting, inbound logistics, customs clearance, and reverse logistics processes is essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in following and controlling orders will be crucial for success in this role.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, is expected, and experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
