About the Role

The Telesales Executive position at Koolboks is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about promoting innovative energy solutions. In the first few months, you will engage with both existing and potential clients, helping them understand the benefits of KoolEnergies’ offerings. Key Responsibilities

  • You will initiate contact with both existing and prospective customers to effectively introduce and promote KoolEnergies’ diverse range of products and services.
  • Responding to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing details, and availability will be a crucial part of your role, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information.
  • Accurate recording and processing of customer orders and transactions will be necessary to maintain operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Generating qualified leads for the outside sales team will involve identifying potential opportunities and ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers will help you foster loyalty, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
  • You will manage and update customer records, including tracking payment methods, feedback, and purchase history to maintain organized and accessible client information.
  • Utilizing approved sales scripts, you will guide conversations and effectively handle objections, ensuring you maintain a professional and persuasive tone throughout your interactions.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding daily and monthly sales and call targets will be key to driving both your success and the overall goals of the sales team.
  • Providing timely reports and feedback on customer trends and market insights will help inform the sales strategy and improve overall performance.
  • You will also support other sales or customer engagement initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a telesales or sales role is required, showcasing your ability to navigate customer interactions effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be engaging with a diverse range of clients daily.
  • Proven persuasive and negotiation abilities will be crucial for closing sales and achieving targets.
  • The ability to quickly learn about products and services will enable you to provide informed advice to customers, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Excellent organizational and data entry skills are necessary to manage customer records accurately and efficiently.
  • A goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas is expected for this role.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced sales environment will be beneficial, as adaptability and resilience are key to success.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is considered an advantage, facilitating effective communication and record-keeping.
