Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored for tourism operators, focusing on sustainable practices and operational efficiency.
Engage in marketing and sales initiatives to promote sustainable tourism products, ensuring they resonate with both local and international markets.
Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for internal teams and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the importance of sustainability in tourism.
Collaborate with various departments within GreenPath Advisory to integrate tourism sustainability into broader projects, enhancing overall consulting effectiveness.
Conduct thorough research and analysis to support the development of practical guides and resources for tourism enterprises and MSMEs.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and capacity-building workshops, fostering a collaborative approach to sustainable tourism development.
Requirements & Qualifications
A Master’s degree in tourism, sustainability, or a related field, complemented by at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Demonstrated experience in business development and project management within the tourism industry, with a focus on sustainability initiatives.
Proficient in developing training materials and resources that cater to the unique needs of MSMEs in the tourism sector.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and present findings through clear and effective documentation.
Excellent organizational skills with an aptitude for managing multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
