About the Role

As a Client Service Manager at TGM Research, you will play a vital role in the growth and success of our client relationships within the market research sector. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, focusing on upselling additional services to existing clients to drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Engage actively in lead generation efforts, supporting initiatives to attract new clients and explore fresh business opportunities within your territory.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and consistent revenue development.
  • Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, guaranteeing that all deliverables are met on time and align with client expectations.
  • Provide comprehensive guidance in developing sampling strategies, while also monitoring the performance of fieldwork to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, advising on any potential challenges and implementing corrective measures to enhance service quality.
  • Oversee project financials and performance metrics, ensuring that each project is delivered within budget and meets the established timelines and quality standards.
  • Support clients primarily from the EMEA region, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in account management or project management, specifically within market research or online panel environments.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
  • Fluency in English is essential, as you will be engaging with clients and stakeholders predominantly in this language.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities that demonstrate your capacity to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is highly valued, reflecting an attitude of resilience and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
  • The ability to work independently is crucial, while also being comfortable collaborating within a team structure.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite is required to manage client interactions and project documentation effectively.
