About the Role
As an Email & SMS Campaign Specialist at Talent Hackers, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission to enhance customer retention for fast-growing e-commerce brands. This position is designed for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, where clear communication and proactive problem-solving are key. In the initial months, you will become familiar with our systems, manage campaign timelines, and directly execute marketing initiatives while ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of campaign timelines, ensuring that all deliverables transition seamlessly from the creative phase to implementation.
- Utilize your knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo to facilitate direct-to-consumer marketing strategies effectively.
- Maintain and update Asana tasks throughout the campaign build process, ensuring all team members are aligned and informed.
- Engage in proactive communication with strategists, project managers, and creative teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Organize and keep all assets, briefs, and calendars current to streamline project workflows and reduce potential bottlenecks.
- Participate in client calls to provide status updates and take detailed notes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress.
- Identify and flag potential roadblocks early, addressing issues before they escalate into project delays.
- Build and configure email and SMS campaigns within modern lifecycle platforms, ensuring they align with marketing objectives.
- Set up segmentation, tagging, UTMs, and filtering logic to optimize campaign targeting and performance.
- Schedule campaigns and flows in accordance with the marketing calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Troubleshoot basic to intermediate technical issues related to events, profile inconsistencies, and dynamic content.
- Conduct comprehensive quality assurance checks across all emails and SMS communications, verifying links, rendering, device compatibility, and formatting.
- Adhere to structured standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision and consistency to maintain operational excellence.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Possess 1 to 3 years of experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns or working with email/SMS platforms.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with team members and clients.
- Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, dependability, and a proactive approach to communication and task management.
- Be a quick executor who can maintain high accuracy while working under time constraints.
- Show confidence in managing timelines and juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Ability to perform basic-to-intermediate troubleshooting of technical issues as they arise.
- Comfortable using Asana and Slack in a structured operational environment to enhance team collaboration.
- Eager to develop skills in both coordination and lifecycle execution within a fast-paced marketing context.
