About the Role

As a Project Work Volunteer with Worldpackers in Kampala, Uganda, you will become an integral part of a community-based initiative aimed at driving local development and empowerment. This role is crucial as it not only supports ongoing projects but also fosters meaningful connections between volunteers and the local community. In the initial months, you will collaborate closely with the local team, engaging in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure that established goals are met effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • You will assist in the planning stages of various community projects, ensuring that activities align with local needs and objectives.
