About the Role

As a Personal Assistant at PricewaterhouseCoopers Limited in Kampala, you will be an integral part of the business services and support team, ensuring seamless administrative operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the schedules of senior executives, ensuring that meetings and appointments are organized efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, including venue arrangements, technology setup, and catering, to create a professional environment for discussions.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring that sensitive materials are protected and shared only with authorized personnel.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations, enabling executives to review critical information swiftly and effectively.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal teams, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and ensuring that messages are conveyed clearly.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative processes, suggesting new ideas and solutions that enhance efficiency within the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, though experience may also be considered.
  • At least 2-4 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen ability to tailor your communication style to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software to streamline administrative tasks.
