The Business Insight Lead position at Binance is a pivotal role designed to enhance user growth and optimize marketing strategies within the rapidly evolving blockchain ecosystem. As a leader in this dynamic field, you’ll be responsible for analyzing user journeys from acquisition to retention, ensuring that Binance remains competitive and user-focused. In the first few months, you’ll immerse yourself in data analytics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and tailor strategies for various global markets to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• You will lead the analysis of full-funnel user journeys, focusing on key metrics such as acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention to optimize user engagement.
• Your role entails driving multi-channel user acquisition through various platforms including KOLs, paid advertising, SEO, referrals, and community engagement.
• Setting up and tracking important metrics like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and retention rates will be a critical part of your responsibilities.
• You will run rapid A/B tests to iterate growth models, aiming to improve user quality and overall satisfaction with the Binance platform.
• In this position, you’ll tailor marketing strategies for local markets, leveraging deep user insights to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
• Collaboration is key; you will work cross-functionally to translate data-driven strategies into actionable plans that enhance user experiences.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in user growth, performance marketing, or digital marketing is required for this role.
• You should possess a strong understanding of global market dynamics, particularly in regions like MENA, LATAM, SEA, and Africa.
• Familiarity with growth tools and key performance indicators (KPIs) is essential, along with a strong data mindset to inform decision-making.
• An Internet, Web3, or fintech background will be highly advantageous in navigating the complexities of this role.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required to facilitate communication with international partners; proficiency in additional languages will be a plus.
