JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for leading sales and daily operations and agency offices. Key duties include driving production goals, recruiting and expanding the direct sales force, and enforcing credit control policies for both direct clients and independent agents.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business or related discipline from a reputable university.
- Professional qualification(s) in insurance, e.g. COP, DIU, CIl or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
• At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or operations role, preferably in the financial services industry.
