About the Role

The Branch Manager role at Lapaire in Greater Kampala is a pivotal position dedicated to enhancing the vision care experience for the community. By leading one of our Optical Centers, you will directly influence the well-being of customers while driving significant growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and take ownership of the business, ensuring exceptional service to improve customer lives.
• Enhance brand recognition and promote awareness of vision care solutions among potential customers.
• Drive sales growth, achieving and exceeding established targets.
• Engage in business development through market intelligence and insights.
• Recruit, train, and cultivate a cohesive team, fostering a positive work culture.
• Motivate and support the team to achieve targets related to vision tests and customer satisfaction.
• Manage branch finances, ensuring accurate records of transactions and effective stock management.
• Prepare financial reports for management review and maintain a clean, inviting store environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in business, retail, or branch management.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing teams effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of business operations.
• Financial proficiency for effective management of branch finances.
