Key Responsibilities

• You will evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs by conducting thorough checks for accuracy in calculations, journal entries, and overall accounting treatments.
• Your responsibilities include reviewing and annotating financial statements, reconciliations, and month-end close workpapers to identify discrepancies and ensure quality.
• It will be your duty to pinpoint accounting errors and inconsistencies, providing clear corrections backed by solid rationale to maintain financial integrity.
• Assessing accounting workflows across various financial platforms, such as NetSuite, SAP, and QuickBooks, will be a core part of your role.
• You will apply written rubrics to objectively evaluate and rank AI-generated responses, contributing to the training of AI models.
• Creating realistic accounting scenarios and reference answers for AI training will be essential in enhancing the system’s learning capabilities.
• Additionally, you will provide actionable feedback to improve model performance and support comprehensive financial processes from transaction recording to reporting.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in financial accounting or related fields is required, demonstrating familiarity with substantial accounting responsibilities.
• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements is essential for success in this role.
• Experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks will be critical to your effective evaluation and analysis.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are necessary, as you will be frequently handling complex data sets and financial models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2 level or above) are required to articulate feedback and collaborate effectively.
