About the Role
As a Client Associate at Full Circle CX, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. This position is essential for bridging communication between our esteemed clients and internal teams, ensuring that client needs are met with the highest standards of service. In your first few months, you will engage in comprehensive training, where you will learn about our products, client expectations, and operational processes. Your daily tasks will include managing inquiries, supporting onboarding processes, and addressing any client concerns, all while building a solid foundation for your career in customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for answering customer calls, efficiently capturing incoming leads, and taking orders while maintaining an organized workflow.
- Establishing and nurturing relationships with assigned client accounts will be a critical part of your role, ensuring personalized service tailored to their needs.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Applicants should have at least one year of customer service experience, demonstrating a passion for helping others.
- The ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute is required to handle inquiries and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for successful interactions with clients.
- Individuals must possess excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple client accounts and priorities.
