HR & Wellness Officer

Mindbus Health Support Uganda is looking for a dedicated HR & Wellness Officer to support our people, promote employee wellbeing, and help build a healthy, supportive working environment.

What you’ll do:
-Support HR administration and staff welfare
-Promote employee wellness and psychosocial support
-Support team building and a positive workplace culture
-Coordinate wellbeing programmes and initiatives

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field
Knowledge of HR is an added advantage
Based in Kampala, Uganda
Open to applicants aged 25 and above, as stated in the vacancy announcement
