Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic direction for the development and implementation of AI and ML solutions that align with NARO’s mission to advance agricultural research.

Collaborate with agricultural researchers to design and deploy AI models that enhance productivity and sustainability in farming practices.

Requirements & Qualifications
A Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is required for this position.
At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role focused on AI and data analytics, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Proven experience with machine learning frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar technologies.
Strong analytical skills with a track record of implementing data-driven decision-making processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
