About the Role

As a Senior Salesforce CRM Developer at Proxify AB, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing enterprise Salesforce instances for our clients. This position is crucial as it directly impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of customer relationship management through custom development and integration solutions. In the first few months, you’ll be immersed in understanding existing systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and taking technical ownership of various projects. Your expertise will help streamline processes, optimize data management, and ensure seamless interactions with external platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• You will design, code, and maintain high-quality Apex code and custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) that meet functional and technical requirements.
• Your role involves architecting secure integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, ensuring data flows are robust and efficient.
• Profiling execution logs and optimizing trigger handlers will be essential tasks to guarantee quick load times and stability during bulk data processing.
• Managing source-driven deployments using Salesforce CLI and Git will be critical for maintaining version control and ensuring smooth releases.
• You will collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects and Business Analysts to refine business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Engaging in unit testing and code review processes will ensure that your code adheres to the best practices, achieving over 85% code coverage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expert proficiency in Apex programming, including triggers, batch jobs, and queueables, is essential for this role.
• Advanced understanding of SOQL and SOSL is required to optimize data models and queries in high-volume environments.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth2 authorization flows, and external web service integration is highly preferred.
• Active Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II certifications are strongly recommended.
