Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the deployment and configuration of Communication Services products, ensuring they are tailored to customer specifications and operational requirements.
Your role will involve preparing and executing system tests, module tests, and acceptance tests to validate product performance and reliability.
Collaborating with business partners, you will identify areas for improvement in delivery processes, enhancing efficiency and service quality.
As a key team member, you will work closely with colleagues to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during product delivery.
You will maintain and update comprehensive solution documentation, ensuring all processes and configurations are accurately recorded for future reference.
Your feedback to the Research and Development team will be crucial for suggesting enhancements to the product portfolio based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
Participating in knowledge transfer sessions, you will contribute to the sharing of insights and best practices within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Staying abreast of emerging technologies will be vital, as you will share insights that help build customer competence in utilizing our solutions effectively.
Requirements & Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science is required, providing the foundational knowledge necessary for this technical role.
5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in the delivery and implementation of cloud infrastructure or software virtualization.
Proven familiarity with the CS Core Portfolio, including components such as MSC-S, MGW, and CTC, is essential for effective product deployment.
In-depth knowledge of the IMS Portfolio, including MTAS, CSCF, SBC, MRF, DNS, and ENUM, is crucial for this role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt in a fast-paced environment is vital, along with results-driven planning and organizational skills.
Additional programming skills are considered an asset, as they can enhance your contribution to the team’s technical capabilities.
