About the Role
As the Head of Growth Marketing at Raft Media Systems Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our marketing strategy. This position is crucial as we aim to establish a robust growth marketing function from the ground up, focusing on our own products like LoyaltyPass and Makeover, as well as our client engagements. Your first few months will involve deep diving into our audience’s needs, conducting competitive analyses, and developing comprehensive growth plans. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that our marketing efforts drive measurable results and support our broader business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- You will develop and implement a growth strategy tailored to each brand and client, translating insights into actionable monthly and quarterly plans with well-defined priorities.
- Team building will be essential; you will define necessary roles and lead the hiring, onboarding, and development processes for team members specializing in content, SEO, outreach, and analytics.
- Your focus will include shaping RaftLabs’ growth marketing services by defining service delivery standards and preparing audits, growth plans, and reporting templates that ensure consistency across client engagements.
- You will take ownership of SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies, ensuring technical and content optimizations are in place to enhance visibility and engagement across all digital platforms.
- Content marketing will be a key focus area, where you will plan and manage various types of content to align with buyer intent and business priorities, including blog posts, landing pages, and case studies.
- You will also devise and manage effective backlink and outreach strategies, measuring their impact while building scalable systems for guest posts and digital PR efforts.
- Finally, you will establish meaningful KPIs for all marketing efforts, creating dashboards that connect activities to traffic and conversion metrics, ensuring clarity in reporting and analysis.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools, showcasing your ability to drive organic growth and measure success.
- Experience in team leadership and project management, demonstrating your capability to build and guide high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for articulating strategies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
