About the Role

The Owner of Oakridge High School plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational environment and strategic direction of the institution. This position is essential for ensuring that the school’s vision is executed effectively, providing quality education and fostering a supportive atmosphere for both students and staff. In the initial months, the Owner will engage closely with the administrative team, teachers, and parents to assess current operations and identify areas for improvement. The role requires a blend of leadership, management, and community engagement skills to create a thriving educational institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations of the school, ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the school’s mission and vision, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Manage financial resources, including budgeting and allocation of funds, to support academic programs and facilities.
• Foster relationships with parents, the local community, and stakeholders to promote the school’s initiatives and enhance student enrollment.
• Recruit, train, and mentor key staff members to build a strong administrative and teaching team.
• Evaluate and assess the school’s performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance the educational experience for students.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in educational leadership or administration, ideally in a school setting.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial reports.
