In the initial months, you will engage directly with community members to assess their needs and implement effective support strategies. Key Responsibilities
You will conduct needs assessments in the community to identify the specific challenges faced by children and their families.
Your role involves coordinating with local schools to establish support programs that enhance educational opportunities for children.
