About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • You will respond to inquiries from both employees and management regarding HR policies, providing clarity and support where needed.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, such as interview documents and I-9 forms, will be part of your daily responsibilities to ensure compliance and organizational integrity.
  • You will assist in the logistics and scheduling of annual employee surveys, gathering valuable feedback to inform HR strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required for this position, laying a foundational level of education.
  • At least one year of related work experience in human resources or a similar field is expected to ensure familiarity with HR practices.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience is essential, as this role involves overseeing team dynamics and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication skills are necessary, allowing you to convey information clearly and professionally to both employees and management.
  • You should have a basic proficiency in using computer systems and point-of-sale technology for information management and reporting.
