Key Responsibilities

• Engage in the development and execution of impactful campaigns that resonate with the organization’s mission of defending fundamental rights.
• Collaborate with team members to create compelling petitions and organize events, such as street rallies, that mobilize supporters and raise awareness.
• Utilize various digital platforms to communicate campaign messages effectively, ensuring they reach a broader audience.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct outreach to engage with community members and potential supporters, fostering relationships that strengthen the organization’s network.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to develop innovative strategies for overcoming challenges faced in advocacy efforts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, communications, or international relations is preferred.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in advocacy, campaigning, or a similar role that demonstrates a passion for social change.
• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher, with a minimum score of 100 on the Duolingo English Test for non-native speakers.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to enhance campaign visibility and engagement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and relationship-building within diverse teams.
