About the Role

The role of a UI/UX Designer at Pinnacle Partners is crucial in shaping how users interact with software products. Key Responsibilities

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to gather and evaluate user requirements, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business objectives.
• Designing user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and page navigation will be a key part of your work, helping to create seamless interactions for users.
• Your role will involve developing wireframes, storyboards, and prototypes that visualize the user journey and the various touchpoints within the software.
• Creating visually appealing and responsive designs for both web and mobile platforms will be essential in delivering engaging user experiences.
• You will conduct user research and usability testing, analyzing feedback to refine designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
• Presenting and communicating your design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders will be necessary to ensure alignment and gather valuable input.
• Maintaining consistency with design standards, branding guidelines, and accessibility requirements will be a priority throughout your projects.
• Staying current with UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies will empower you to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A proven track record as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role is essential, demonstrating your capability to deliver effective user experiences.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work across various digital platforms will be required to assess your skills and creativity.
• You should be proficient with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision to create high-quality designs.
• A solid understanding of wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design principles will be necessary to excel in this role.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS is important, and knowledge of JavaScript will be considered a bonus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, as you will need to articulate your design concepts to different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective time-management skills will be crucial for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred for this position.
