About the Role
The Jake’s Place Manager position at Amentum is a critical role that supports a specialized US Navy program on Diego Garcia, focusing on providing exceptional recreational, dining, and entertainment services. This position is essential for ensuring that patrons enjoy high-quality experiences in a welcoming environment that promotes community engagement. In your first few months, you will oversee operations, train staff, and develop policies to enhance service delivery while maintaining compliance with government standards. You will also build strong relationships with patrons and government representatives to ensure that the services offered meet their needs and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing food and beverage services as well as recreational activities, ensuring they align with mission requirements and comply with government standards.
- Your role includes developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that optimize efficiency and uphold contract compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications
