About the Role

Xclusive Uganda is seeking experienced consultancy firms to provide Management and Human Resource Consultancy Services. This role is crucial for enhancing the leadership capabilities and organizational development of the company, which operates in the horticulture sector. In your initial months, you will engage with senior management to understand current challenges and design tailored solutions that align with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities

• You will lead initiatives focused on leadership and management development to enhance the skills of company leaders.
• The consultant will provide advisory support on succession planning and talent management to ensure a robust leadership pipeline.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The ideal consultant must possess at least 10 years of proven experience in Management Consulting and Human Resource Advisory Services at a senior organizational level.
• A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA with a focus on Human Resources, or Organizational Psychology is required.
• Strong facilitation and training skills are essential for delivering effective management development programs.
• Excellent leadership abilities will enable you to guide teams through complex organizational changes.
• A deep understanding of workforce dynamics and organizational behavior is necessary to provide relevant advice.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for building relationships with various groups within the company.
