Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors at the center, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued upon arrival.
- Assist therapists and staff in organizing and running engaging activities tailored for children with Down syndrome.
- Organize and prepare materials for various programs, ensuring that all resources are readily available and well-maintained.
- Share your personal experiences and insights to provide valuable feedback aimed at enhancing the center’s programs and services.
- Act as an advocate for inclusion, promoting a community spirit where everyone feels welcome and respected.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas that could lead to improved operations and participant satisfaction.
