About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design and analyze structural systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.

• Conduct research on materials and structural design techniques, applying findings to enhance project outcomes and innovate solutions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures is essential for this position.
• Candidates must demonstrate a solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, particularly in concrete, steel, and wood design.
• While no full-time work experience is required, previous internships or relevant coursework will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.
