About the Role
As a Product Designer at Bjak, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of financial technology by creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. This position is essential for translating complex financial services into user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. In your first few months, you will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers, diving into the intricacies of user flows and interface design to ensure that every aspect of the product meets high standards of usability and accessibility. Key Responsibilities
You will design comprehensive end-to-end product experiences, guiding projects from initial concept through to production, ensuring each stage aligns with user needs and business goals.
Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing, catering to the demands of financial services.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components, which will enhance efficiency and consistency across multiple products.
Work collaboratively with engineers to ensure that your designs are implemented accurately, and any technical constraints are considered from the beginning of the design process.

Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing digital products, showcasing your ability to create compelling user experiences.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your product thinking skills and excellent visual design capabilities, essential for this role.
Advanced proficiency in design tools like Figma and interactive prototyping, which are crucial for developing high-quality user interfaces.
Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design principles to ensure your work is adaptable across various platforms.
Excellent visual design skills, including a keen eye for typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design that will elevate the user experience.
