About the Role

As a Coatmaker at Ubyflow, you will play a crucial role in producing and altering high-quality coats and similar garments. This position is essential for ensuring that the company’s product line maintains its reputation for craftsmanship and quality. In your first few months, you will become familiar with Ubyflow’s standards and processes, focusing on fabric selection, precise measurements, and customer fittings. Collaborating closely with the production team, you will ensure that every item meets the exact specifications and quality expected by our clients. Your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and the overall success of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Your primary responsibility will be to skillfully cut and sew fabrics to create tailored coats that meet customer specifications.
• You will perform fittings and make necessary adjustments to ensure a perfect fit for each garment tailored to individual customer measurements.
• Maintaining high standards of quality control, you will inspect finished products for any imperfections or inconsistencies before delivery.
• Working with a variety of fabric types, you will adapt your techniques to ensure the best finish and durability for each coat.
• You will collaborate with the production team to streamline processes and improve efficiency while maintaining product quality.
• Ensuring a clean and organized workspace, you will adhere to safety protocols and operational standards set by the company.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A strong background in tailoring, particularly in the cutting, sewing, and finishing of coats, with experience using industrial sewing machines.
• Proficiency in taking accurate body measurements and adjusting patterns to achieve the desired fit for various body types.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship, ensuring that all finished products meet stringent quality standards.
