About the Role

As a Technical Business Analyst at Bizowie, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Bizowie Cloud ERP platform, which is essential for mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and online retailers. This position exists to bridge the gap between our innovative ERP solutions and the diverse needs of our customers. In your first few months, you will immerse yourself in understanding our product and the unique requirements of our clients, while collaborating closely with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of features that drive operational efficiency. Your contributions will help clients automate processes and gain valuable insights, ultimately impacting their productivity and decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will develop an in-depth understanding of the Bizowie Cloud ERP product, which is vital for addressing customers’ diverse business needs effectively.
  • Your role will involve demonstrating product knowledge through the completion of complex and varied project work, showcasing your analytical skills.
  • Diagnosing, researching, and analyzing customer issues and requests will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities, requiring problem-solving acumen.
  • To stay ahead, you will keep current with new system releases and functionalities, ensuring that you provide the best possible support to our clients.
  • Creating product specifications that act as a blueprint for the development team will be essential, as you translate customer needs into actionable development tasks.
  • You will design, document, and execute comprehensive test plans and procedures, ensuring all aspects of the software are rigorously tested prior to deployment.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role is essential, providing a foundation for understanding business processes.
  • You should be a self-starter, showing a willingness to learn complex products and business processes effectively.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills are necessary to diagnose and address customer needs efficiently.
