Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging French lessons that cater to different learning styles, ensuring that every student can participate actively in the classroom.
• Develop and implement the curriculum and teaching guidelines, aligning with the school’s educational standards and objectives.
• Assess student progress through regular examinations and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their language skills.
• Maintain classroom control and authority, fostering a positive and respectful learning environment conducive to educational success.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Education degree in French or a related language field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in language pedagogy.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written French is essential, enabling effective communication and instruction.
• Strong computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with familiarity with Google Apps.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare lessons and assignments that engage students and promote language acquisition.
• Previous teaching experience, particularly in a secondary setting, is advantageous and will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
