About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• You will evaluate and critique UI designs, focusing on layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy to ensure optimal user experience.
• Creating design rationales is essential, as you will document your design decisions to communicate your thought process to the team effectively.
• Your role will involve developing and maintaining comprehensive design systems and component libraries that streamline the design process across the organization.
• Using Figma, you will create responsive mockups and prototypes that accurately represent the intended user interface and interactions.
• Applying accessibility and usability best practices is critical to ensure that designs are inclusive and user-friendly for a diverse audience.
• Producing clear design documentation and actionable recommendations will help guide the development team and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prospective candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in UI, visual, or product design, showcasing a robust portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in Figma is required, alongside a strong understanding of design systems and component libraries that enhance workflow efficiency.
• Excellent visual design skills, coupled with analytical thinking, are necessary to assess design effectiveness critically.
