Key Responsibilities

• You will assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on project status, highlighting challenges and proposing solutions to enhance efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field is required for this role.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in engineering or construction, ideally in a commercial real estate context.
• Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD and project management applications.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions quickly.
