About the Role

The Senior IT Engineer position at Thrill Labs is a critical role responsible for managing and enhancing the internal IT operations for a rapidly growing crypto gaming platform. This role matters significantly as it ensures that over 100 globally distributed employees can work securely and efficiently. In the first few months, you will immerse yourself in the company’s existing IT frameworks, streamline processes, and take charge of the complete employee IT lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. With the company’s ambitious goals to rank among the top gaming brands globally, your contributions will directly influence operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will own the full employee IT lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding, offboarding, and role changes across various company systems and applications.
  • Your role will involve provisioning approved access, revoking accounts and active sessions, and safeguarding business data ownership during employee transitions.
  • As an administrator, you will manage Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Google SSO, MFA, and enforce hardware security measures such as YubiKey for critical system access.
  • You will deploy, configure, and maintain Mobile Device Management (MDM) for both macOS and Windows, ensuring compliance and troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Researching, piloting, and maintaining endpoint security will be your responsibility, with technical support from the DevOps and security teams.
  • Providing reliable remote IT support to employees across various locations and time zones will be a key part of your daily tasks.
  • Maintaining clear internal documentation, troubleshooting guides, and repeatable IT processes will help enhance operational efficiency.
  • You will automate recurring IT administration tasks using scripts, APIs, and integrations to streamline workflow and save time.
  • Managing the company’s SaaS inventory will include coordinating periodic access reviews and reclaiming unused licenses as well as tracking renewals.
  • Lastly, you will provide remote support for basic office networking, addressing issues related to routers, Wi-Fi, and connectivity.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate IT, systems administration, IT operations, or a closely related hands-on role is required.
  • You should possess the ability to independently manage corporate IT operations and confidently troubleshoot unfamiliar issues as they arise.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Entra ID is essential for effective administration and management of company resources.
  • Experience with endpoint management solutions and familiarity with security measures such as MFA and hardware tokens is expected.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for providing remote IT support and collaborating with a diverse team across various locations.
