About the Role
The Senior People Operations Specialist at LigaData plays a critical role in enhancing the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. This position exists to streamline core People Operations processes, ensuring that the company not only attracts top talent but also retains and develops them effectively. In the initial months, you will engage with various teams to understand their needs, optimize recruitment and onboarding processes, and implement performance management strategies. Your contributions will directly impact organizational efficiency and employee satisfaction, making this role pivotal to LigaData’s success in the MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
- You will manage and support performance review cycles, ensuring that employees receive timely feedback and that goal-setting processes are effectively administered.
- Collaborating with managers, you will ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluations, which is crucial for maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Your role includes maintaining the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.
- You will generate insightful HR reports and dashboards that aid decision-making and provide valuable analytics for the leadership team.
- In supporting recruitment activities, you will handle job postings, coordinate interviews, and communicate effectively with candidates to enhance their experience.
- Coordinating onboarding activities will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
- You will manage the offboarding processes, which include conducting exit interviews and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- As an advocate for continuous improvement, you will work on promoting the adoption of AI tools that enhance productivity and operational efficiency across the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential for this role.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, with a strong focus on performance management and recruitment processes.
- You should be proficient in using HRIS and have a solid understanding of data management and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to foster strong relationships with employees and management.
- Experience in managing internship programs or early-career talent initiatives will be an advantage.
