About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• You will take ownership of major features from conception to launch, collaborating closely with the design team to ensure high-quality delivery.

• As a mentor, you will review pull requests, providing constructive feedback that encourages team learning and growth.
• Your role involves unblocking team members who may have been stuck on issues for extended periods, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
• You will identify when a solution developed by one team member can be standardized for wider team use, facilitating smoother workflows.
• Your oversight will ensure that shared components are well-maintained, properly tested, and organized to support team members in their work.

Requirements & Qualifications
