About the Role

As a CRO Manager at Nord Security, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and maximizing conversion rates for our innovative digital products. This position is essential in helping individuals regain control over their online privacy and security through our advanced VPN services and tools. In your first months, you will engage in understanding our user behaviors, managing cross-functional projects, and implementing data-driven experiments that directly impact our growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams, ensuring that our experimentation processes are efficient and effective in meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • You will own the entire experimentation lifecycle, from idea generation to analysis, ensuring that each phase is executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Your role as a project manager will require you to define project scope and timelines while managing dependencies across different teams, ensuring that all experiments are delivered on time.
  • Conducting thorough user behavior analyses using both qualitative and quantitative data will be a key part of your job, enabling you to generate actionable insights that drive conversion improvements.
  • You will create and implement testable, data-driven hypotheses and A/B tests specifically aimed at enhancing mobile user journeys, including onboarding and payment processes.
  • Tracking the performance of mobile funnels and paywalls will involve identifying insights and responding proactively to any challenges or opportunities that arise.
  • Your iterative optimization approach will require you to adapt quickly to changing business priorities while maintaining focus on established patterns and best practices.
  • Finally, you will analyze the outcomes of your experiments and communicate your findings clearly to stakeholders, ensuring that the knowledge gained is well-documented and accessible for future reference.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in A/B testing or experimentation, particularly within mobile applications or mobile web environments, is essential.
  • Strong project management skills are required, including the ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent initiatives in a collaborative setting.
  • You should be adaptable and comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution, especially in a dynamic and fast-paced optimization environment.
  • A solid understanding of statistics related to A/B testing, including knowledge of sample sizes and statistical significance, is necessary for this role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be vital, as you will need to liaise effectively with various teams and present findings to leadership.
  • Familiarity with app development processes and tools such as Firebase, Figma, Jira, and Looker will be beneficial for your success in this role.
